Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using WorkSmarterWith.ai. They set out your rights and responsibilities as a user of our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • -By creating an account or using WorkSmarterWith.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  • -We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

  • -WorkSmarterWith.ai provides daily AI productivity content — tips, workflows, prompts, and advanced techniques — organised by professional role.
  • -Some content is available without an account. Additional content requires a free account. A Pro subscription unlocks the full content library.
  • -We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

  • -You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • -You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • -You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • -One account per person. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • -The Free plan provides access to Quick AI Tips. The Pro plan provides full access to all content types and the complete content archive.
  • -Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • -You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
  • -All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

  • -You may use the Service for your own personal or professional productivity purposes.
  • -You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service without our express written permission.
  • -You may not use the Service to train AI models, build competing products, or engage in any automated bulk access of content.
  • -You may not attempt to bypass any access controls, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • -We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

  • -All content on WorkSmarterWith.ai — including tips, workflows, prompts, and advanced techniques — is owned by WorkSmarterWith.ai and protected by copyright law.
  • -You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own professional purposes while your account is active.
  • -Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • -The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • -We do not guarantee that AI tips or workflows will produce specific results in your workplace. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
  • -We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • -To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkSmarterWith.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • -Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • -You may delete your account at any time via your Account settings.
  • -We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
  • -Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, and 8 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

  • -These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
