You'll quickly spot jargon you missed, vague timing instructions, or steps that sound clear to you but aren't to someone unfamiliar with medical routines. This works especially well for complex discharge scenarios like new medications with multiple administration rules, wound care with specific supply needs, or activity restrictions that need clear examples. The AI will flag missing details ("What if the pharmacy is closed?" or "How tight should the bandage feel?") that real families will ask you about later — catching them now saves follow-up calls and readmissions. You can then revise your instructions and run them through AI again until the simulated family member has no more questions. Always review AI feedback through your clinical lens — some questions may reflect knowledge gaps the AI invents rather than real concerns. Never paste real patient names, dates of birth, or medical record numbers. This is about stress-testing your template language and structure, not creating live clinical documents.
