You've written a proposal, process update, or instructions for your team. It makes sense to you — but will the person who has to actually follow it understand what to do? Before you share anything meant to drive action, paste it into ChatGPT and ask it to review your document as if it's the person who has to execute it. Ask AI to flag anything confusing, missing, or unclear from an implementer's perspective. It will spot gaps you can't see: undefined terms, missing steps, unclear ownership, vague timelines, or instructions that assume knowledge the reader might not have. You'll catch these issues before someone emails you back with ten questions — or worse, does it wrong because your instructions weren't clear enough. This is especially powerful for process docs, how-to guides, delegation emails, or any message where someone needs to take action without coming back to you for clarification.
