AI can act as that reviewer, spotting gaps you might miss when you've been staring at the same document for hours. 1. Open ChatGPT or Claude and paste in your full proposal text — including the job description, pricing breakdown, timeline, and terms. 2. Ask AI to review it for clarity and completeness. Tell it to flag anything a customer might find confusing, vague, or missing (like start dates, deposit terms, or what's not included in the price). 3. Review the AI's feedback and look for patterns — are you using too much plumbing jargon? Did you forget to mention who provides materials? Is your pricing structure hard to follow? 4.
